The Big Fish Roofs Maintenance Program
Our roof maintenance program is designed to discover and fix minor issues before they become huge problems. This is critical in catching improper seals, leaks, cracks, shifts in shingles, and structural damage. Ask our team about scheduling maintenance services and get professional advice on how to keep your roof in top-notch shape.
This program is especially important if you’re not able to get on your roof due to age, health problems or even if you’re just afraid of heights. We’re happy to maintain your roof for you!
What’s Included?
- Comprehensive, 25+ point inspections TWICE per year
- Plus up to 2 free additional inspections (after named storms or upon request)
- Find and prevent common sources of roof leaks
- Summary inspection report after each inspection with photos – detailed inspection report available upon request at no additional cost
- Remove light debris from the roof (leaves, pine straw, small twigs, etc)
- 10% discount on all repair services
- Priority appointments – when you need services, you move to the front of the line. Normal response time less than 24 hours.
Is Roof Maintenance Expensive?
We’ve tried to keep costs low because we understand how important this program is for homeowners.
The annual fee covers TWO VISITS every year to clean and inspect the roof.
